Check in daily with the November Energize agenda, ensuring that you are allocating our recommended 5 - 10 minutes of personal engagement with your pathway and then enjoy the time you are able to carve out for yourself to join a Fitness class or Mindfulness practice, available as a live On Demand Class or through our Library.
