A delicious, dairy free frozen treat!
1 1/3 cup coconut milk, chilled (or almond milk)
1 banana, cut into chunks
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup ice
1. To make the dairy-free blueberry coconut milk smoothie: Add coconut milk, ice, blueberries, and banana to your blender.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve the blueberry coconut milk smoothie immediately. Enjoy!
